Stoneware ceramic is hardier than it looks! All my pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. Dishwashing can dull the appearance of the glaze and bare clay over time. Occasional handwashing can mitigate those effects, but all my personal pieces go in the dishwasher. ;)

Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap if necessary and allow time for unglazed surfaces to fully dry before wearing again. Avoid prolonged contact with water.
I do not recommend sleeping, bathing, or swimming in ceramic jewelry.

I use gold-filled, sterling silver, and stainless steel posts in my ceramic earrings to meet the needs of all kinds of sensitive ears! Pay attention to how they're labeled when making your purchase to ensure you're getting the kind of metal you need for your sensitivities.

Pottery is way stronger than people give it credit for. I also work very hard when packing orders to make sure your new pieces get home safe.
That being said, sometimes shit happens. See below to find out how to contact me if your item arrives broken.

I only offer refunds on items that were broken during shipping. I do not take returns.
Please reach out to me via my contact form to start the refund process if you receive a broken pot. Remember to take photographs of the item as well as the box it came in. I will not accept a return without them. It helps me avoid scammers, but more importantly it allows me to see what went wrong so I can improve my packaging in the future!
In the case of an item broken in transit, payment will be refunded in full.
I do not offer refunds on items that are broken during their day to day use. If you have accidentally broken a particularly beloved piece, I'm so sorry. I know how much it sucks. I'm more than happy to work with you to make a replica on commission!
