Commissions must be requested through my Commission Google Form. Additional policies and procedures are outlined there.

Work on commissions will not begin until payment is received.

I reserve the right to decline, cancel, and refund any commission request if I am uncomfortable completing it.

Once the commissioner has agreed to and paid for their commission, no refunds will be issued unless the item is damaged during shipping or I need to cancel.

If I need to cancel a commission for any reason, through no fault of the customer, a full refund will be issued.

If your commission explodes in the kiln, is otherwise damaged in the firing process, or has major glaze flaws that render it below my standards for firsts-quality sale, I will remake your piece. If your commission does not fall into those three categories but you want it remade for any reason, I will not remake your piece without additional payment.

Commissioned work is for personal use only. Customers are not permitted to sell my work or use its image for commercial use.

Commissioned work and its image may not be used in the production or sale of NFTs.

I retain all copyright to the intellectual property of my work.

I may include commissioned work in my online portfolio and use it on my social media. If the customer does not wish for their commission to be used in this way, they must express this prior to payment.
